Uttarakhand is home to four sacred shrines honoring India's sacred rivers and Hindu gods. Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath are the four shrines that make up "CHAR DHAM" which is located in the Garhwal Region.

Every year, pilgrims from all across India and overseas eagerly anticipate the opening of these shrines. Travel to Char Dham is scheduled to start on May 1st, 2025. To receive the blessings of the gods who adorn the shrines, it is thought that every Hindu should go on the Chardham Yatra at least once in their lifetime.

2025 Char Dham Yatra Package by Car/Taxi

2025 Char Dham Yatra 10 Days Tour Package Itinerary - 2025 Char Dham Yatra Tour Package Start from Haridwar/Dehradun/Rishikesh

Day 1 : Picked up from your place (Haridwar/Dehradun/Rishikesh). - Chardham Yatra Package 2025
Proceed to Barkot after meeting at the scheduled locations of the Dehradun Airport and the Haridwar/Dehradun/Rishikesh Railway Station. Arrive at Barkot in the evening and settle into the hotel. Overnight dinner at Barkot.

Day 2 : 40 + 40 kilometers from Barkot to Janki Chatti to YAMUNOTRI back to Janki Chatti to Barkot. 9–10 hours of driving and 6+6 hours of trekking. - Chardham Yatra Package 2025
Drive to Janki Chatti this morning in the early morning to see the Yamunotri Temple (packed with breakfast). Pony and Palki services were reserved here (at your own expense) upon arriving at Janki Chatti, the starting point for Yamunotri. Trekking, albeit a strenuous one, is also an option if you are fit enough. When you get in Yamunotri, you should visit the sacred temple of Goddess Yamuna (3120 meters). Maharani of Jaipur Gularia Devi constructed the current shrine in the 19th century. The temple's natural hot springs are the main draw for pilgrims. Return to Janki Chatti after the pooja or darshan, then drive back to Barkot for the night.

Day 3 : Barkot to Uttarkashi / 100 Kms. / 5-6 hrs. - Chardham Yatra Package 2025
Following breakfast, leave the hotel and go to Uttarkashi, stopping along the road to see the Prakateshwar-Mahadev temple close to Brhamkhal. After checking into your accommodation upon arriving in Uttarkashi (1158 meters), spend the evening at the Kashi-Vishwanath Temple. Spend the night at Uttarkashi for dinner.

Day 4 : Uttarkashi to GANGOTRI back to Uttarkashi / 100 + 100 kms. / 11-12 hrs. - Chardham Yatra Package 2025
Proceed to the Gangotri Temple at 5 a.m. (breakfast packed). The Gangotri trek is made much more amazing by the Bhagirathi River. Gorgeous valleys, tiny rivers, waterfalls, and nearby villages make this place worth visiting. Visit the sacred shrine of Goddess Ganga upon arrival at Gangotri shrine (3050 meters), and do pooja or darshan. The Gurkha commander Amar Singh Thapa constructed the current Gangotri shrine in the eighteenth century. Following the visit, make your way back to Uttarkashi for the night.

Day 5 : Uttarkashi to Guptkashi/Sitapur 250 – 290 / kms. / 10-11 hrs. - Chardham Yatra Package 2025
After an early breakfast this morning, leave the hotel and travel to Guptkashi or Sitapur. After dinner and an overnight stay, travel to the hotel in Guptkashi or Sitapur in the evening.

Day 6 : Guptkashi/Sitapur to KEDARNATH / Driving 35 kms. / Trekking 16 kms. / 8 to 9 hrs. - Chardham Yatra Package 2025
Early in the morning, at 4 a.m., check out of the hotel and head to Sonprayag to make a reservation for Pony and Palki services (at your own expense) for the trip to Kedarnath. After making their reservation, Pony and Palki travel to Gaurikund, the starting site of Kedarnath, using a local shuttle taxi service (at their own expense). The trekking route starts here. Once you reach Kedarnath, check into Dharamshala and then proceed to the temple for the evening Aarti Darshan after freshening yourself. Spend the night in Kedarnath.

Day 7 : KEDARNATH back to Gaurikund to Guptkashi/Sitapur - Chardham Yatra Package 2025
Visit the Kedarnath temple at five in the morning today for Pooja, Darshan, and Abhishek. The eleventh of Lord Shiva's twelve Jyotirlingas is located in Kedarnath. The Pandavas constructed the ancient temple of Kedarnath, which Jagat Guru Shankaracharya restored in the seventh century. After breakfast, leave the accommodation and begin the 16-kilometer hike to Gaurikund. Spend the night in Sitapur or Guptkashi.

Day 8 : Guptkashi/Sitapur towards BADRINATH / 220 – 250 kms. / 9-10 hrs. - Chardham Yatra Package 2025
After an early breakfast this morning, go to Badrinath and stop at the Narsingh Swami Temple in Josimath along the way. Arrival to Badrinath (3400m) in the evening, then hotel transfer Visit the Badrinath Temple after getting cleaned up. Return to the hotel after the shrine visit, have dinner, and spend the night in Badrinath.

Day 9 : BADRINATH back to Birahi/Rudraprayag/Srinagar 140-200 kms. / 5-8 hrs. - Chardham Yatra Package 2025
Visit the Badrinath Temple at 4 a.m. today for the Abhishek/Alankar darshan. Adi Guru Shankaracharya constructed the current sacred Badrinath temple in the seventh century. "Salegram," a black stone, is used to construct Lord Vishnu's principal idol. One must take a holy bath in "Taptkunda," a naturally occurring hot spring outside the Badrinath shrine, prior to visiting. Perform the pooja or tarpan outside the temple close to Brhamkapal after the temple's darshan. After breakfast, leave the hotel and travel to Mana, the final Indian settlement on the Indo-Tibetan border. There, you may see Ganesh Gufa, Beas Gufa, Bhimpool, and the Saraswati River. After that, continue on to the hotel for the night.

Day 10 : Birahi/Rudraprayag/Srinagar to Haridwar/Dehradun/Rishikesh - Chardham Yatra Package 2025
After an early breakfast this morning, depart Rudraprayag and travel to Haridwar, Dehradun, or Rishikesh. Drop by your place when you arrive. With enduring memories of Chardham Yatra 2025, the journey comes to an end.
